So it crashed again... reading these errors

Page_fault_in_nonpaged_area Stop: 0x00000050

Stop:c000021A(fatal system error) Status:0xc0000005

Bad_pool_header Stop:0x00000019

After it crashed a few times i got it into safe mode to run Malwarebytes like Alishathomaz suggested and crashed before it finished and the sfc / scannow i had ran already and it came back without issue...

I Have ran memtest and it passed is there a chance that it overlooked bad sectors on the Hard drive?
What program would you recommend to use for checking of bad sectors..

The memory_management error is the error i see most often with all the others in between...this is a good indication that my hard drive is bad or i need to get new ddr3?

again thanks for your help

How many passes did you let memtest perform? You should let it perform at least 3 passes in order to fully evaluate the memory.

The easiest program to use to check for disk problems is the built-in checkdisk in Windows. Just right click on the drive in explorer, go to Tools, then click Check Disk. Select both check boxes and let it do its thing. If it's a main boot drive you're checking, you will have to restart the machine for it to check the disk.

Memtest never stops. It will run until you stop it yourself. Make sure you're running the right thing:

http://www.memtest.org/download/4.20...+-4.20.iso.zip

Unzip that, burn the ISO to disc, and then boot from the CD. Let it run at least 3 full passes/tests and see if you get any errors.

Well, that doesn't quite add up. I would have thought the error would stem from one of those two. I'm at a loss here. No hardware errors, you've done a complete reinstall with all of the appropriate drivers from ASUS and all available Windows updates, and you're still getting a crash... At this point, in light of the fact that you said you recently purchased the computer and it was used, I would look into my options for return. It's possible we could still figure this out, but it's obviously going to take more time than we've already spent and there's no guarantee we can track it down if it happens to be some faulty component that we aren't aware of.

How To Fix Explorer.exe Crashing In Windows 7 x64
I saw this many times and there is a quick fix for some. You see Windows 7 x64 actually uses System32 explorer.exe and not SysWOW64. This is a problem because there is no explorer.exe in System32 (least not for me). The quick fix is this. Copy (not move) the explorer.exe from system then paste...
