    Yeah I can do that.. what about programs like Paint?

    For some of them, I went into Program files and copied them to the Start Menu like VLC

    I guess you have tried it ?

    SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

    It should bring the windows elements back to the normal state, but will not effect on office, as it is a third party program.

    If it fails, the best way to revive it is Repair Install .

Missing Icons - NEED HELP

This has happened on a few of my programs, infact, so many of them. I've taken a print screen of one of them just to show you what the settings are like. The permissions and dialouge boxes are exactley the same on every program. Any help would be much appreciated.
