windows login problem - takes too long

After restarting, the users showed up faster, but now Windows still takes ages to log in. I'm sorry for not presenting this information in a very structural manner, but maybe you can help nonetheless. I should also add that, after restarting, both my tv and my laptop screen showed the same thing and as my windows wouldn't log in, I unplugged the hdmi cable, which lead to my laptop screen going blank :) So this is extremely annoying.
