    Windows Aero/Transparency and Off-screen Cursor

I have had Windows 7 running fine for 4 months now,

But when I turned my pc on today the Windows aero/transparent effects were not working, even though the desktop windows manager is running, it also says in the troubleshooter that the colour depth is too low, I have this set on 32-bit, is this correct? also when I move my cursor to the bottom left of the screen it seems to go off-screen....

It seems to behave like I have a program running which disables the Aero effects, but i don't have anything running or in the tray,

Does anybody know how to fix these issues?

    Thanks in advance, Jordan

    Hello Bigzedy,

Sorry for such a late reply.

You might check each option in the tutorial below to make sure that transparency is enabled, and also check each item in the red warning box at the top of the tutorial to make sure that you meet the requirements.

    Transparency - Enable or Disable

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn
