All folders in all libraries display as "empty" (but are not)

I just finished repelling a nasty rogue (HDD Repair). My system is clean, all of my files/folders/apps have been unhidden... everything is back to normal. Almost...

All of my folders in all of my libraries say they are "empty" when the pointer hovers over them. The folders are not really empty; everything is in there, in the proper place, and work just fine... it just thinks they are empty.

Is there any way to restore or rebuild these folders?

Hello Stevie,

You might see if you may be able to fix this by removing and adding back all included folders in each library.

Library - Include a Folder

Library - Remove a Included Folder

Well, the bad news is that didn't work. The good news is, while checking on the properties of the libraries and some of the folders within, I figured out what was wrong... everything on my D drive was still hidden! I ran unhidden.exe (from bleeping computers) earlier, but it must have missed my D drive. I ran it again, and everything is peachy now.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Thus I have to scroll down to the end of the sub-folder list to get to the new file(or PDF). Suspect it's...
