Problem running some .exe and .bat files

I made some changes with the cmd to fix a password problem, but now I have a problem running some programs
Here's what i did:
cd /d d:\
CD Windows\system32
ren cmd.exe cmd.old
ren magnify.exe cmd.exe
ren cmd.old magnify.exe
(i did it to change my password, my previous thread: Can't log in to my computer )
The problem is that I can't run portal.bat- a launcher for "portal" and launcher.exe- a launcher for "star wars the old republic". After clicking on the icon it runs the magnifier.
So, I would like to know how to either rename the things back the way they used to be or how to run the games some other way. The problem doesn't really bother me any other way, just that I can't run the games.

Extra: When searching "cmd" it opens the cmd window, but in the title it says: "C:\Windows\System32\Magnify.exe"and where you type it says:"C:\Windows\system32>". When searching "magnify" it has the same title, but the place where you type says:"C:\Users\username>". And when searching "magnifier" The cmd box opens, the title is "Magnifier", and the line where you type says "C:\Users\username\Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Accessories\Accessibility>"

Just do the opposite of what you did.

In the same directory

ren magnify.exe cmd.old
ren cmd.exe magnify.exe
ren cmd.old cmd.exe

And dont do it again.

The renaming you did was just so you could reset your password, once you did that you should have followed the steps listed by zizag3143 to rename things back to the way they were. Any bat, cmd, exe or whatever that attempts to load the command interpreter will instead try to load magnify.
