Unfortunately, the problem appeared again. Is it maybe my CPU, that is not very good (I have 4GB of RAM) or maybe that computer is running to long (few days, without restarting).

I can solve this problem with restarting explorer.exe but it is annoying.

Does disabling it again using the tutorial below solve it again for you?

Animations in the Taskbar and Start Menu - Enable or Disable

If not, then for now, the tutorial below will make it easier to restart explorer.
Explorer - Add "Restart Explorer" to Desktop Context Menu

Well, the first solution won't work. Anyway, thanks for the other one

Just as a test, see if using step 3 in the tutorial below may stop it. If not, then step 4 will change it back to default.

Turn off all unnecessary animations

In addition, check to see if this is set like below in the Ease of Access Center.

Hmm, ok.

As a test, create a new user account, log on to it, and see if it does the same in it.
