Windows 7: windows 7 64 bit home premium startup takes a minute to load

windows 7 64 bit home premium startup takes a minute to load

i'm on a dell 545s when i enter my password i press enter nothing happens it freezes then welcome screen loads for a minute this just started last week

Hit Win key (flag)+R, type 'msconfig' (w/o the quotes), browse to startup tab and post a screenshot here.
