I've never used it so I don't know how it works. But hold down the windows key (the one with the flag) and press "R" key. type in msconfig, go to the boot tab and see if it is listed. If it is, uncheck it. Click save and restart. After restarting hold the windows key and press R and type services.msc. You will get a list of all services on your computer. find it in the list. Highlight it and right click it and select properties. In the box in the middle of the page it will probably say automatic or automatic (delayed) click that box and in the drop down list change it to manual. When you want to use it you will have to click it to get it to start. See if that works.
