win7 on celeron d 2.5ghz?

    win7 on celeron d 2.5ghz?


    the system is a dell dimesion 1100 and it has 1 gig of memory. it only has onboard video. should run ok right?


    or should i run xp sp3

    just curious which one is better for slow system

    i still live the unfortunate experience.
    (1GB & Celeron D, as posted in my system specs.)

    7 runs fine on my clunker

    You know for #36 I got 2x2 gigs and put them in. Im from the old days where you had to buy them in pairs and they were $$$$$$$$. I cant believe someone wouldnt spend that

    i could not find on board intel onboard driver for vista 32 and its for a friend so i opted for xp sp3 home cause he has a real key from dell.
