Is windows 7 a service pack?

I'm not sure if this has been posted or not, but I felt like bringing it up. It seems to me Windows 7 could be a service pack. I have tried the vista sp2 beta and it is nothing like windows 7 7000. One thing that makes me think it might be a service pack is the mojave experiment. I think MS is being sneaky again.

Ex) When I watched the Mojave experiment videos really closely I saw that the calculater in the experiment was like the one in windows 7. I was a little tweaked off because of that-they were showing those people a prettier interface than vista had and calling it vista. I remember updating my computer and then eventually trying sp2 beta looking for the pretty calculator. Where did I find it? Windows 7 7000. I'm not sure what Microsoft showed people in the mojave experiment but it was not vista. I think they are hiding something.

It could be like mass scale mojave.

7 is not a service pack. It is based on the Vista kernel but it is a different OS in it's own right. A service pack is a service pack.

    Don't mess the things up.
Microsoft decides where an application is going to be. If now the new calculator is on Windows 7 instead of Windows Vista SP2, that's because Microsoft don't want to change that application for Vista. That doesn't mean that Windows 7 is Vista's Service Pack or upgrade.
