    PROBLEM OF all .EXE FILE OPENING


    Friends,
    I have downloaded one skype software and after that i got some problem of .exe file opening .
    Whenever i start system,mamny program opening as INTERNET EXPLORER window with view downloader dialogue box as some program file .exe file to open or to save .
    even after closing all those windows,i could not open any program,which results in same .
    I could not restore also,even restore program result in same .
    Is this bcause of any virus or any thing.
    Provide me a solution soon.

    It seems likely, start a full anti virus scan, also download and run a full scan with malwarebytes, the free version will do the job, then post back if any problems.

    I think you have try to edit a program with internet explorer. The problem is not skype. You can try this...

    You could try restoring the default extensions for .exe and possibly .lnk using this tutorial see if that sorts it for you - Default File Type Associations - Restore
    Just download and merge the files and reboot

    Just launch that fix it tool from Microsoft and follow instructions.
    You system thinks that he must launch .exe file with internet explorer.
    The same that word opens a docx file.
    that tool would fix it.
