my curser (rsercu...c what I mean?) keeps jumping...please help

I'm really frustrated as it takes x2 as long 2 type anything. Any help is much appreciated. I'm not very technical, so words I'll understand please!!! 3 wishes to anyone who helps

When did it start? Have you checked your keyboard for stuck keys? Do you run antivirus software? Have you installed/removed/downloaded/clicked on any links lately?

no keys are stuck, and I just ran an anti virus scan, to no avail.
