How to disable the lock keys notification? Acer Aspire 4738

    Hi guys,

Ok so, I have the Acer Aspire 4738 and win7 home premium 64bit. I want to disable the lock keys notification that appears when I press caps, num and scroll lock. The one that came with windows 7 on the bottom right I have already disabled, it is the one in the bottome middle that I want to disable/hide. Picture:

    Thanks

You would have to delete the junk Acer installs on your computer. Its not something built into Windows. I don't have an Acer...even if I did...I wouldn't know what program it is.

I am aware of that but the problem is that I'm not sure what it is that Acer has installed.

    Thanks though.

Look in your start menu all programs area and look and see what Acer has installed post a screenshot or list what they have installed.

In Acer laptops the program is called LaunchManager Application - if You disable it , You can not use the function buttons. I don't think You can only disable the visualization of the action.

Thanks BisVal, I have located the LaunchManager folder but when I try to run LMconfig, nothing seems to happen. I have also tried to run several other executables in the same folder. But nothing seems to happen.
