ASK: Unknown Program in Taskbar

hallo,

I have problem with my windows,

there is unknown program appear in my taskbar temporary.

sometimes appear a moment and disappear.

the problem is, when I Play Pro Evolution Soccer (PES 2012), suddenly minimize itself because of this unknown program.

It is better to upload the image using the snipping tool because the imageshack image is not visible. You can find out how to in the tutorials at Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums.

It looks like a "scanner,printer,camera" settings icon.

when its there can you right click on it? if so see if you can open options or settings for it.
