No i have only windows 7 ultimate x64
Make sure you not running on Classic Windows
nothing changed in my windows but that if admins can take a look I could give my TeamViewer ID and pass
Maybe this problem happens only with notepad. The program is just the same like in XP, so...

That's normal also happens to me from time to time ...
