You sure you want to format and not first try recovering it?

Your specs say this is a custom built computer with Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit.

You can use your Windows installation disc and run Diskpart from that disk. Hit Shift F10 at the language screen.

If you don't have a disc, you can download an ISO for Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit from Mydigitallife.info. Burn it to a disk, boot from it, and go to Diskpart.

Just for reference, to get you're data off the drive if you don't have a backup of it use this. Use Ubuntu Live CD to Backup Files from Your Dead Windows Computer - How-To Geek

If you want to try and recover the install before you format look at this tutorial posted by ourexpert on this subject, gregrocker. Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot

Or use Partition Wizard to do it.

When you boot the installer and choose Custom install, it gives you Drive Options to delete all partitions, create new as you wish, then Format before install. If you have no partition scheme in mind you can just Delete all and click Next and the installer will create and format your install partition for you.

Everything you need including the installer and the steps to get a perfect reinstall are here: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7.
