How to Change how Explorer.exe expands directories

Window 7 "Explore.exe" opens directories differently than the XP version of Explorer did. When you click on a folder in the left pane to expand it, it moves to the bottom rather than the top of the window as it did in XP.

Is there anyway to change this behavior so it acts more like Windows XP?
