Have you attempted to recover using the procedures given to you by Seavixen32 and Windude99?

    If not, why not?

    I'll try again.

    Have you tried this?

How to use the Toshiba HDD Recovery Utility

In case you weren't sure you need to click the link and read the instructions.

Try doing the factory recovery by following what seavixen32 and I said. Then you will have a fresh install of Windows 7 (after you remove the bloatware using this:PC Decrapifier - Download.com)

Follow these steps to safely Clean Up Factory Bloatware - Windows 7 Forums.

Then only use the tools and methods described in the tutorial in blue link to maintain your install. No tweaking beyond normal system settings, NO so-called Registry Cleaners besides CCleaner, keep it lean and mean as described in blue link and you will not have future problems requiring multiple threads which you never return to.

You need to stop creating new threads and start working with the steps we've given you previously.

You used a tweaking suite which ruined your Win7. If System Restoring to before you installed it will not start Win7 then you need to work through these steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot - Windows 7 Forums.

If none of these work then you need to clean reinstall or run Factory Recovery.
