Hello, i'm back with a good news.
So after i made a copy of my important files and greatly reduced the used space on my Windows partition (C, i backup both C: and System Reserved to an image files by using Acronis True Image. Then i restore the image to my new drive by choosing C:, System Reserved and MBR, after that i remove the old drive and let my PC boot from the new one.

It failed to boot at first, so i insert my Windows DVD, boot from it and choose "Repair Your Computer". After it finished i remember there's a log about some deleted and added boot files. After that, I can successfully boot from my new drive and all programs installed are working fine.
