Windows 7 Unable to repair itself installed Vista and fixed it

The Windows 7 on my Fujitsu refused to load and would not restore or repair. In desperation I installed Vista in a second partition and after realizing that I had no programs and could not even set up a wireless internet connection i went back to system boot and rebooted windows 7 and it worked! Now I want to uninstall the Vista because my memory is 3/4 gone and frankly I just don't like it.
I am almost completely computer illit and don't understand how I even manged to partition off the Vista..I just want to uninstall the Vista and pray that my Win7 keeps functioning.
Any takers?

How do I "go into disk management?" And once there, will I see prompts to aide me in formatting/removing the vista partition?

Did as you suggested but I don't see anything to indicate where Vista is installed nor where Win7 is installed.
There are 2 disk icons with no letter such as C: or D: and there are three other disk icons labeled (C:) (D:) (E:).
Right clicking the first unlabeled icon brings up the 'Help' prompt, the capacity for that disk is only 16GB w/100% free space no NTFS just a blank space. Rt clicking the second unlabeled brings up the option to format, capacity 200MB, 83% free.. (E:) drive is my CD. Drives (C:) and (D:) both have less than 1/2 free space which only happened since I installed the Vista. The laptop is only 5 weeks old should have more than 60% free space on both.
I'm guessing that it is the unlabeled drives that have the Vista on them..If this is so the first unlabeled drive doesn't give the option to format.

Are you booted into Win7 now?

Have you gotten all of your files off of Vista as it looks pretty full judging by the size listings.

If so Rightclick on D on the map and Delete it.

The first partition is a Recovery partition which you can run from boot to restore your computer to original factory condition if it ever becomes irreparable. We can show you exactly how. I would also make my Recovery Disks from that partition using the method given by your manufacturer and probably available in the All PRograms menu under the manufacturer's name or Recovery.

The second partition is your Win7 boot partition. You should never touch either unless you decide to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 with our help.
