What is the administrator password? I want to change settings on my computer,then it prompts me for an administrator password,I enter my logon password or the wap key for the network that i'm on, but it says "logon failure: unknown username or bad password". I don't know what password it wants.

Have you re-installed the operating system yet?

Yes it is Home Premium I checked, I tried re installing it but it asks me for the Administrator password, I entered my Logon password (the only one i know of) but it doesn't accept it. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit |

How are you trying to do the re-install?
From within the current Win 7, booting from a DVD, USB drive, etc.

Do you have another user account which is an administrator and which you have access to? If so login to it, run Local Users and Groups.
