Does the PC turn on at all?
When you push the power button does anything start-up, light-up, fans spin, screen displays something, etc. ?

Try running a Full Scan with Malware Bytes.
Then run a System File Check.
Please report us back the results. | My System Specs | | OS Win7 Ultimate x64 SP1 / WCP x64 / Ubuntu 11 x64 |

Boot from System Repair Disc - Create or Windows 7 install dvd
now System Recovery Options option 2
select "command prompt" Code: bootrec/fixmbr
bootrec/fixboot Your MBR virus is gone! But windows contains a virus that automatically rewrites the MBR with the rootkit. So don't start windows yet!
Now boot again form that cd/dvd and perform "system restore" and go back in time prior to infection.
Now boot normally from harddisk | My System Specs | | Computer type Laptop System Manufacturer/Model Number ACER ASPIRE 5742G OS Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bits 7601 Multiprocessor Free Service Pack 1 CPU Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU M 370 @ 2.40GHz Motherboard Acer Aspire 5742G Memory 4,00 GB Graphics Card ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5400 Series Sound Card (1) AMD High Definition Audio Device (2) Realtek High Defi Screen Resolution 1366 x 768 x 32 bits (4294967296 colors) @ 60 Hz Hard Drives WDC WD5000BEVT-22ZAT0 Cannot restart or shutdown windows 7 problems?
