Not reading the usb for BitLocker when Windows 7 starts
Hello First time posting.
I am as well having the same problem where it is not reading the usb when win 7 starts.
My bios will allow me to boot via removable drive and I can see my usb stick in the list of removable drives while in BIOS, but it is not wanting to read it on win 7 start up.
Should I make my USB a bootable usb stick?
I noticed that the power light for my usb will stay on till the win 7 splash screen goes away then, the power is cut and then comes back on. It's like windows turns it off while it is booting up. Is there an option I need to turn on in win 7 to read from the usb drive first?
I have an Asus P5N-D Mobo, I don't know if that helps or not.
I will keep trying to figure this out while I wait on a reply.
Thanks for the tutorial!
Edit: Just wanted to add I just made sure the legacy support was turned on in the BIOS and it is. I don't understand why it isn't reading the USB.
