Encryption/permission problem

i own the laptop with pre-installed win-7 enterprise 32 bit, i was facing few problems after installing some applications. then i install win-7 ultimate 64 bit with my DVD.. i wasn't know about the green font files was encrypted. in which there are excel 07, jpeg, word 07, PDFs etc formats, and now it is unable to open/copy in current win-7. now, there's required permission and i dont know how to recover it.. i wonder if anyone help me solve this problem.. thanks

Encrypted data without the key cannot be recovered...that is the point of encryption. I doubt you made a backup of the key...
