Can I Delete Host Files Inserted By Spybot?

I want to know if I can delete the Host entrys added by spybot SnD, C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc It is full of strange websites I have never visited. Will it harm my computer to delete them?

It will not hurt to delete them - but you might want to understand what that file protects you from before you go messing with it. You can read about the host file here.

    Edit: changed the link

Apparently Spybot S&D is using the Hosts file to block calls to some malicious web sites by redirecting them to your local machine (127.0.0.1).

There's no harm in deleting the entries, except that you could find your way to those malicious sites.

You can delete them, but if you follow the above link and learn why they are listed, you'll probably decided to keep them.
