Reset the BIOS using the CMOS options here: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

See if you get keyboard functionality to boot into BIOS setup, see if HD is recognized.

Then boot the DVD to try repairs following the steps in Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Boot - Windows 7 Forums

If that even doesn't work, you can get yourself one of those ps/2 to usb adapters which i linked you in my previous post.

Gregrocker:

That did the trick!!!!!

I reset the jumper. I was then able to use the keyboard when rebooting. However, I still had to go into the BIOS setup and change the boot order. Once I did that, it rebooted without a problem. I didn't need to boot from the CD. I went right to Windows 7. I rebooted again to make sure it was ok and there were no problems. Everything is there.

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.

Best,

Something caused your BIOS settings to change or there is a problem with the BIOS chip on the mobo.

Just to be certain I would run a full scan of Malwarebytes.

Keep your files and a System image backed up.

Make sure you have the latest BIOS version which may have resolved issues you're experiencing.

If it is known to be old then I'd replace the CMOS battery.

I have a Windows 7 install on a 60gb SSD (assigned to C: in Windows), and a 3 other drives just for storage, and programs. Windows will only boot if the SSD is the only one plugged in. BCD lists this as my only entry, and is calling the C: drive to boot. However when I load my Windows cd, this...
