Windows 7: Problem deleting a folder

Hello Guys , So now i have a problem that i cannot delete a folder,
I had 2 users and i deleted one that it made a backup folder, so i decided to copy all the backup to the active user. When i completed moving files, i cant delete the backup Folder Called 'Rohit' in my desktop, i tried everything, RESTARTING,REFRESHING,CMD type deleting.....
Now i want to delete that folder but i can't, it shows me a error

Ok i found a thread in which i someone told us to use a software called: Delinv File!
