How to get Rid of User Icon 'click' on Startup ??

Hi:

I'm a new Win 7 Pro User, and am trying to prepare my Win 7 Pro machine for my Apache Server work (which I currently use on an older WIn XP Pro machine.

I run a couple of web sites on my server machine(s), and I have to be ready for power failures and automatic re-starts on both machines.

Problem:
When my Win 7 Pro machine is powered up, I want it to go directly to the Desktop *without* showing my Admin User Icon on the display, and without my clicking this icon every time the machine reboots.

It was doing it my preferred way a week ago, but 'somehow' this darn icon is showing up again.

How can I get rid of this please ??

Thank you !

-Mel
