Windows 7: Which items do you pin to the Start Menu?

Hey all, I'm just wondering which items people pin to their Start Menus? I know it's been removed from Windows 8 but I find mine extremely useful.

Here's mine, I just pin those programs I use frequently, but you're right, it is very useful.

Only 2 things pinned to my start menu.

Remote Desktop Connection
KeePass password safe.

I'm a systems admin for a living, and I use both of those all of the time.

The rest of my frequently used items are on my superbar
1. Google Chrome
2. Paint.NET (used for screenshots)
3. Word
4. Excel
5. Media Monkey
6. Vision App (Remote Desktop)
7. vSphere Client

I'm still trying to work out why they have removed it from Windows 8?
I know they're trying to steer people towards metro but when you're on the normal dekstop the start menu is very handy.

My Taskbar is extremely cluttered too!

I have Google Chrome, MS Excel, iTunes Pinned. Rest are lined up in my taskbar.

I don't have anything pinned, But I have Windows Explorer and Google Chrome in my taskbar

That's why I prefer the Start menu and one of the reasons I'm not keen on Windows 8.

Only the good stuff

I hate clutter, so I don't have a lot on my whole start menu, only what I use most.
