Right, let's clarify... was the hard drive the only thing you changed or did you also change other components?

The videocard was in the original build.

And all I changed was my hard drive, and my friend had two sticks, one is a 1 gb, and the other is a 2 gb. Before, my system has two 1 gbs I believe.

Updated Hard Drive to a Terabyte and now computer running slow
I updated my hard drive from a 500 gig to a terabyte and down my computer is running alot slower. I also installed Windows 7 Enterprise (32 Bit). I am using DDR2 Ram, with 6144 Mbytes, the total physcial memory is 3.24 gigs. Can anyone help me in resolving the speed issue?? :confused::confused:
