my notebook is filled w/ this per-installed junk I really only watch videos, surf the web edit pictures small things like that I want to get rid of every program that I dont need

Hi there

Another option you can do. Choose removing:
  • Any trial programs,
  • Any program that keep prompting you for internet connection but you don't really need it,
  • Programs that slowing down your system start up (See it in MSCONFIG)
  • Program that keep showing up on your desktop but you don't need it.
You can leave other program that isn't annoy you though they are there, who knows you need it in the future.
