How do I delete C:/user/updatususer and public files or should I?

Just when I'm getting all the bugs out of my system this happens.Last night I did a backup of my C: drive and upon completing it there were some files that were not backed up. Please see attachments. The files are part of a user/ Public & user/updatusUser files. I've looked at some earlier posts on this site and I have already tried to do a restore, that didn't work as my restore points are recent. After thst I tried sfc /scannow three times and restarted but no help there either.I'm using Win 7 Ultimate, Norton 360 and have a EVGA 560Ti GPU and I've been reading that drivers for the later two may have placed the UpdateUser floder on my PC. I'm pretty sure the the Public folder was created by starting a Guest Account. So It can be deleted easily. But I don't know if I need to do this. The bigger problem is I the only user and administrator in the PC and I think this updatusUser has placed a parental control on my User Account that I want to stop NOW!!!Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
