    Can't open My pictures, my videos and my music folders


    Hi,
    I Can't open My pictures, my videos and my music folders in my documents.It says the location is not available and access is denied. Please Help me.

    In start menu, or in navigation pane, or in explorer ?

    At first, try SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker .

    Let us know the results.

    Are you talking about the ones within the documents folder? Those are just junctions for old applications...
    Putting a check on "Hide protected system files" within Folder Options will make them go away.
