Try burning a new disc at the slowest possible speed.

Make sure the ISO download completed and either burn another DVD using ImgBurn at 4x speed or write the ISO to flash stick using the Win7 Download tool provided.

If it fails with same error trying both methods then reset the BIOS to defaults, make sure new HD shows up in BIOS correctly, set SATA controller to ACHI to try install: Clear CMOS - 3 Ways to Clear the CMOS - Reset BIOS

Next test your RAM: RAM - Test with Memtest86+. Carefully remove the sticks to swap them, clean slots if any debris is present.

Unplug all peripherals.
