Batch file icon blank

Whenever I run a batch file, the icon in the taskbar is blank/default.
Is there any way to make it so it's the cmd.exe icon?

Have you tried right clicking, properties, change icon? If so, you might want to rebuild the icon cache and restore default file associations to see if that fixes it.

Default File Type Associations - Restore
