Uninstalled programs still have notification area icons?

    Uninstalled programs still have notification area icons?


    Some of these notification icons are programs I don't even have anymore. How do I get rid of them?

    The link provided by Brink should solve the problem. I am submitting this in regards to your request posted in the link "Files appear in start bar search, but not anywhere else".Files appear in start bar search, but not anywhere else
