With this many problems you may need to do a repair install.

Con esto muchos problemas es posible que desee hacer una instalación de reparación.

    Have you made recovery disks?

Can you access the Dell recovery partition?

You should not need a Windows DVD to do a recovery.

If absolutely necessary, you can download a Windows ISO, burn it to a disk, and install from that disk.

    Jpe,

Read your Dell Documentation. The Dell Documentation will tell you how to make recovery discs.

    Now:
    WIN | type SLUI.EXE | ENTER

Use the snipping tool to make a "snip" of the resulting display and upload the snip here.

WIN = key with the microsoft flag on top.

    Make a snapshot (Snip)
WIN | type SNIP | ENTER | New
Drag the cursor around the area you want to snip.
File | Save as | select save location and name | Save

WIN=key with the Microsoft logo on top.

    =====================================

    Post the snapshot:

If I understand you correctly, you CAN access the recovery partition.

If that is true, I would use it to recover, after backing up my personal data.
