Uninstall:
you have both Eset and Norton. I consider Eset to be the better of the two, but if you prefer norton then uninstall Eset. Two av programs are not better than one but rather cause problems, slow performance and even mouse hangs.Code:Advanced SystemCare 5 IObit 3/19/2012 5.2.0 Bonjour Apple Inc. 10/5/2010 1.78 MB 2.0.3.0 DAEMON Tools Lite DT Soft Ltd 4.40.2.0131 FileZilla Client 3.5.3 FileZilla Project 3.5.3 Glary Utilities 2.30.0.1066 Glarysoft Ltd 12/7/2010 2.30.0.1066 IObit Malware Fighter IObit 10/2/2011 1.0 Norton Internet Security Symantec Corporation 5/19/2010 17.0.0.136 Norton Online Backup Symantec 4/27/2010 1.75 MB 1.2.20.0 Smart Defrag 2 IObit 6/20/2011 2.1 StreamTorrent 1.0 Uninstall 1.0.0.1 12/22/2010 µTorrent 2.0.4
REMOVAL OF P2P PROGRAMS
There are signs of one or more P2P (Peer to Peer) File Sharing Programs on your computer.
As long as you are using any form of P2P networking to download files, you can anticipate malware infestations.

I strongly recommend that you uninstall:
µTorrent
========================================
Please uninstall the programs I've listed until your problem is solved.
Weird, never noticed Norton on there. I'm guessing it came with the computer as I never installed it myself. I prefer Eset as well so I will leave that and uninstall Norton. It's hard to tell if any of these steps are working as I can't reproduce the problem on demand. If these steps work:
WIN | type MSCONFIG | STARTUP tab | ENTER
uncheck ALL except for:
Code:
egui "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Smart Security\egui.exe" /hide /waitservice
SynTPEnh %ProgramFiles%\Synaptics\SynTP\SynTPEnh.exe
REBOOT!
Go back to the task scheduler and
DISABLE ALL
What does that mean then? Do I need to uninstall something in particular?
Alright, anyone here who doesn't take a totally innocent statement as a personal insult want to help from here?
