Yeah prior to using UltraISO or whatever the program was (bad memory) I tried dmex's WinBootUSB and it had a FATAL error at the end (he said something about it being the Bootsect) so I'm waiting for his next release to test it. :P

With this method:
  • You can only create a 32-bit Windows 7 USB key from within a 32-bit Vista or Windows 7.
  • You can only create a 64-bit Windows 7 USB key from within a 64-bit Vista or Windows 7.

HAHA! thats my method, i figured out what i was doing wrong, i was making a 64 bit usb drive withga 32 bit OS
