Hello and Welcome to Seven Forums.

Is this happening since you have installed Windows 7 x64 or recently? Did you install the Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT driver for windows 7 x64?

You may try to download the latest driver for windows 7 x64 for this adapter and install on windows.

NVidia GeForce 9800 GT for Windows 7 (64-bit)

Also please print is an image of your graphic adapter's properties.

Control Panel - Display - Change Display settings - Advanced Settings - Adapter tab.

Use snipping tool (Start - All Programs - Accessories - Snipping Tool) to take a snapshot of this window and post it in this forum. This will help us in giving you a solution.

For the memory problem type "msconfig" on the search field inside Start menu, and click on msconfig.exe.

In the opened program, go to Boot tab and select "Advanced Options". Remove the check mark on "Maximum memory" and close the program by clicking the OK button.

In addition you can see how your RAM is currently apportioned by typing Resource Monitor in Start Search box then clicking on Memory Tab.

You can roll back the driver by booting into System Recovery Options to choose System Restore.

Do you have a graphics chip on your motherboard which you can default to, or another graphics card, to see if the problem persists?

Can you try physically uninstalling the card to reinstall it according to the exact steps in its setup literature or the Manual on the Nvidia Support Downloads webpage?

You may need to enable onboard video in BIOS setup. Make sure the card settings are correct there, too.
