Hi please help i have got a dell OptiPlex 755 (discontinued model)

i boot up that takes a bit longer than normal then it goes to the windows 7 logo twirly thing it pauses half way through a flash of blue screen (too short to get a code) then it restarts i can then go to the option to start up recovery or start normally i go to recovery it scans my system wants to send something to Microsoft. i have also tried boot rec.exe that didnít work

i have just got hold of windows vista and xp instillation disk i am going to try that.

You could download the appropriate .iso file, burn it to disc, and then try to repair your computer.

Hii thanks for the quick reply just thinking what that file is shurly that's the same as what u can get up you know cmd prompt win recovery image windows memory diagnostic tool and all that if not then let me know
