I have tried searching for a solution but nothing works. I have this empty .ini file with no name in this folder I want to delete that is located on a memory card.
Everytime I try to delete I get an error saying that it could not find this item. I tried using a program that another topic on this problem said to use which was called 'Unlocker' but it didn't work.

The name of the file you want to delete is named ".ini"? Nothing before the dot (period)?
Have you opened a command prompt to view a dir listing to see how it looks from that context? Might be helpful to add the switches /a/x and post a screenshot.

If the name is actually "" (blank) - are you showing or hiding extensions in that listing? - it might be an "illegal" file name, as are names with certain characters (":" is one). If the other, much easier methods don't work, you should be able to delete it by booting from a linux "live" CD and deleting it from there.
