I completed the windows 7 clean OEM install, everything is working fine, no freezes as of yet. Think that may have fixed it

64 bit windows7 with i7 processor
 
 

Acer i7 laptop, pretty new, hard drive replaced, still hangs up for about 10 minutes now and again - been in for service 3x, it's a nitemare. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Work through these Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 starting with RAM test, getting a clean boot, checking logs for clues at time of hangs, utilizing System Resources.
