How do I disable a task in the windows 7 Task Scheduler?

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for taking your time and reading this.

Now, let's talk about the issue that's driving me loco.

I scheduled a task for my computer to shut itself down at 1 AM, I was tired, I can't remember if I ticked "do this daily" or not, but it does this every day and for no actual reason, it's unscrewing my bolts.

I used to remember how to set up tasks with the command.exe and how to remove 'em n'all, but I can't remember how to do any of that anymore.

-Please- tell me how I can get the list of scheduled tasks up in cmd and how to delete one of 'em, or how to delete a task that you've made in Win 7 Task Scheduler.

Thank you for your time.
