my torrents go elsewhere

Hi, like the title says, my torrents go somewhere else, they go to appdata/roaming/bitorrent and I've read somewhere that someone could have accessed my computer physically or remotely so I was wondering how can I stop this?I have noticed my DVD player starts spinning after I activate my bitorrent client and now and again my w7 theme changes and my int. speed is quite slow.

Any RC1 Torrents?
Has anyone found out about a possible RC1 torrent? Somewhere they had it written that RC1 was build 7048, and I immediately got tempted.
