my torrents go elsewhere

Hi, like the title says, my torrents go somewhere else, they go to appdata/roaming/bitorrent and I've read somewhere that someone could have accessed my computer physically or remotely so I was wondering how can I stop this?I have noticed my DVD player starts spinning after I activate my bitorrent client and now and again my Windows 7 theme changes and my int. speed is quite slow.

Which torrent client are you using, Mobius?

At least in µTorrent that I sometimes use, you can configure where you want to send the files downloaded through BitTorrent.
