Windows Explorer: Libraries won't display all files or folders I want

I have a folder called "Miscellaneous" in C:Users/Me/My Documents/ that contains 53 sub-folders and 4124 files within the folder. Within the 53 sub-folders, there are nearly 200,000 files. I have set the "Miscellaneous" folder to appear within my Libraries (path Libraries/Documents/My Documents/Miscellaneous), but it only displays the first 5 alphabetical sub-folders and only 430 files within the folder. How do I make Libraries display all 53 sub-folders and every file within my Miscellaneous folder?
