I believe you have the Board manual. You might want to check with Chapter 1 page 14. It's actually just like what James has told you. If it still doesn't work you can try combining it by also removing the CMOS battery and do the jumper as indicated.
But still have to make sure your wireless keyboard battery are still good and have it properly reset.

Thanks Kevin, removing the battery worked in getting me to the bios screen. After a bit of digging around I changed the SATA Mode to AHCI which did the trick! Thanks for the help everyone!

I have an onboard ATI HD 3200 graphics + an PCIe ATI HD 4350 together in SurroundView mode and everything works fine. However I don't understand the following 4 options in the BIOS. What is the difference between the setting? I have it on the first one and everything seems to work fine.
