Question to Win7 and Windows Games

I wanted to ask, if games, who are compatible to Windows XP and Windows Vista, run on Windows 7 too? I wanted to buy a game over the internet, it says it runs at Windos XP and Vista, as its an older game from time, when Windows 7 wasn't released.
So, will the games run or not?

greets

One more question:
Do you guys know the data of a Intel HD Graficcard? Dont find it.

If its Vista compatible, chances are its 7 compatible. Certainly I have never found a game that won't run on 7, old or not, however really old games with 16 bit installers will not run on 64 bit Windows. However if they are that old, they will run in XP mode happily.
