how to get my lost partition back?

for reasons i did not know, one partition in my Windows 7 was lost. how to get it back? help plz. i know little about recovery.

For it, you will need http://www.partitionwizard.com/parti...otable-cd.html . Burn the iso in a blank disk, and boot from it. Then follow the given instructions.

At the end of the page, there is a video link, too.
